These terms apply to your use of sellthemax.com and to any offer you request from Sell For The Max LLC. By submitting a form on this site you agree to them.

1. What an offer is

An offer we send you is an invitation to sell your vehicle to us on the terms stated in that offer. It is based entirely on the information you provide. Offers are valid for the period stated in the offer email and may be withdrawn before you accept.

2. Accuracy of your information

You confirm that the information you give us about the vehicle — including mileage, accident history, mechanical condition, title status and any outstanding finance — is true and complete to the best of your knowledge. An offer is conditional on that information being accurate.

3. Inspection

Before payment, we inspect the vehicle in person. If the vehicle materially differs from what was described, we may revise or withdraw the offer. You are free to decline a revised offer, and you are under no obligation to sell.

4. Title and ownership

You confirm that you are the legal owner of the vehicle, or are authorised by the owner to sell it, and that you can transfer clear title. Where the vehicle is financed or leased, the outstanding balance must be settled as part of the sale. All owners named on the title must sign the transfer documents.

5. Payment and collection

We collect the vehicle at no cost to you and pay on collection, by the method agreed with your buying agent. We do not collect bank account or routing numbers through this website; payment details are taken directly by your agent.

6. Cancellation

You may withdraw from the sale at any point before the vehicle is collected and the transfer documents are signed, at no charge.

7. Comparison figures

Any figures shown on this site comparing our offers with those of other buyers are illustrative examples only. Real offers vary by vehicle, condition and market conditions. All third-party trademarks are the property of their respective owners and their use here does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.

8. Site content

9. Limitation of liability
