This policy explains what Sell For The Max LLC (“we”, “us”) collects through sellthemax.com, why we collect it, and what choices you have.

Information you give us

Our offer forms ask for details about your vehicle (year, make, model, trim, mileage, VIN, condition, features and the ZIP code where the vehicle is kept) and for the contact details we need to send you an offer: your name and email address. A phone number is optional. If you continue to the offer-acceptance step we also ask about title status, whether the vehicle is owned, financed or leased, and — where relevant — the lender and payoff amount.

You may choose to upload photographs of the vehicle and, at the acceptance stage, copies of your driver’s licence and title. These files are stored on our own server in a private directory that is not reachable from the web, and are never attached to email. You are not required to upload them; an agent can collect the documents in person at pick up instead.

We do not ask for bank account or routing numbers through this website. If a page ever appears to request them, it is not ours.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites we record the IP address a submission came from, the page it came from, and the browser user-agent string. We use this to investigate abuse and to keep our lead records accurate.

We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads tags to understand how visitors find and use the site and to measure advertising. These set cookies in your browser and share usage data with Google. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser. Google’s own privacy policy is at policies.google.com/privacy.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people apart from automated submissions, and Cloudflare as our content delivery network. Cloudflare processes your IP address for these purposes.

How we use it

• To value your vehicle and send you an offer.
• To contact you about that offer and arrange collection and payment.
• To prevent fraudulent and automated submissions.
• To measure which pages and adverts bring us genuine enquiries.

We do not sell your personal information. We share vehicle details with buyers, auction houses and transport partners in our network only as far as is needed to price and collect your vehicle.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are retained for as long as we need them to complete a transaction and to meet our record-keeping obligations. Uploaded documents are deleted once a transaction is complete or abandoned. You can ask us to delete your information sooner — see below.

Your choices

Email [email protected] to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights, including under the Florida Digital Bill of Rights and, for California residents, the CCPA/CPRA.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date at the top.
